Here is what I have for my two paragraphs that i turned in:
Question: Please explain your education/ career plans in a few complete sentences:
I plan to pursue a four- year university, majoring in Biology and Physiology Anatomy, preferably at the University of California in San Diego. Afterwards, I would like to continue pursuing a medical education. I would like to attend UC SanDiego because the school offers a very well education in the medical field, and I have always wanted to live near the ocean. The reason why I want to become a doctor is because I want to make a difference in someone's life, and help people in their hour of need. The journey will be long to travel, but regardless of the distance, it is the experience that shapes the person.
Question: Describe in a paragraph below the personal attributes that distinguish you as a student leader.
What makes me a leader is not the knowledge I have gained, but the skill to listen to people's thoughts and opinions, and taking their voices into consideration when making a decision. My leadership training at Miramar, San Diego, my volunteer activities , and my participation in Students In Prevention program demonstrates my eagerness to make a difference in socitey. I preserve in every goal that is set before me, overcome any hurdles with all my might, and never stop until the job is done. I want to help make a difference in someone's life, someone' s community, and our world.
What do you guys think? |
